RJC Group is actively seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join one of our prestigious energy trading clients on a day-rate contract basis. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the energy sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance trading systems using C# or Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trading strategies and optimize performance.
Maintain and improve existing applications while ensuring high standards of quality and security.
Engage in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

Essential Experience:

Software Development : Strong experince in either Python or C# is a must, as you’ll be working on critical trading applications.
Power Trading Experience: Experience within the UK power trading markets is essential. If you have exposure to European power markets, that will also be considered.

Opportunity Details:

Contract Type: Outside IR35
Rate: Approximately £800 per day
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days per week required in our client's London office.
